Online payments
Ginko Fine Art offers you the peace of mind of secure online shopping with Paypal. PayPal is a free and easy way to buy online. Pay with your bank account, debit card, credit card or your PayPal balance if you have an account. Once you select your products, you will be invited to either login or register a new username and password. In order to register, you must provide an e-mail address, telephone number and geographical postage address in addition to your name. Once you have done this, the Ginko Fine Art shopping cart will re-direct you to the Paypal website where you will be able to select payment through your own Paypal account or by credit/ debit card. Once payment is processed you will be brought back to the Ginko Fine Art site and an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided at registration confirming the order.

Payment by Cheque
Ginko Fine Art also accepts UK cheques as a form of payment. Cheques should be made payable to Ginko Fine Art and sent to Ginko Fine Art, 3, Delhi View, Woodside, Ryton, Tyne and Wear, NE40 4QR, UK. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Please select Payment by Mail for cheque payments.

Right to cancel
If you change your mind about an order, you can cancel it with a full refund of the order plus outward postage costs provided that you let us know that you want to cancel in writing within 7 working days of the order arriving at your address. Please note that the item(s) must be unused and the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you request a Proof of Posting certificate at the post office. Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Delivery
Goods are typically despatched within 3 to 5 working days of the order having been placed. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, all orders will reach you within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. You will be offered a selection of delivery options and prices when you make the purchase.
International orders
If you are an overseas customer, you can pay in the same way using our secure Paypal shopping cart. Please select the International Postage option. Please e-mail us if you have any queries before placing an order.

General
All products are subject to availability and advertised prices and other details are subject to change. In the case of a product being unavailable or if delivery will take longer than expected, notice will be given and the customer will be given the right to cancel or change the order. Product dimensions are approximate and the site images are published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Goods described in them. They shall not form part of the Contract and this is not a sale by sample. Due to the hand-made nature of many of our products, the product may differ slightly in colour or design from the images provided. Ginko Fine Art reserves the right to refuse an order. Ginko Fine Art’s liability is limited to the value of the order and the buyer’s attention is particularly drawn to the provisions of Condition 10.4.1 of the
Standard Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods described in the Terms and Conditions section.
VAT
Value added tax is currently not charged on our products.
